성명서 Statement 올해는 UN세계인권선언(Universal Declaration of Human Rights) 70주년이다. 국제연합(UN)은 1948년 12월 10일, 세계대전의 비극을 기억하며, 인류 역사에서 이러한 비극이 되풀이되지 않고, 개인의 존엄성과 세계의 평화가 보장되기를 염원하며 세계인권선언을 선포하였다. 세계인권선언은 국제인권법과 규범의 기초이자, 가장 널리 인용되는 중요한 인권 선언문이다. This year marks the 70th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). With the creation of the United Nations, the international community vowed to never again repeat tragedies from World War Two. On December 10th, 1948, the UN declared this document to guarantee the rights and dignity of individuals and in hope of world peace.
